Warm Up: 135x5, 205x5, 225x5, 245x5, 265x5
Work: 285 x 5

Back Squat, 3x5, add 5 lbs to last time
Warm Up: 45 x 8, 135 x 3, 185 x 3, 225 x 3
Work: 240 x 3 x 5

As many sets as possible in 12 minutes:

10 Ball Slams
