Recovery Jog

Week 2: Day 5

1-Arm Bench Press: 4x8
Bench Glute Bridges: 3 x 10
Dumbbell Curls:  3 x 10

Reading:

Chapter 4 of "Legacy".

This chapter is about "Responsibility" - This felt like a shallow version of Clown Tent.

This was good though: "By the time they play on Saturday the players have taken over the asylum."
