Notes:
The last NUT practice before Regionals was tonight. I felt like we were in a good mental space this week. Our focus and energy levels were high, where they should be. We were doing a good job rebounding from execution errors and remaining in the moment. The dysfunction and arguments of years past were noticeably absent. Also it was great to have Hank and Elan back at practice. Can't stress the power in the community aspect of NUT enough.
